Baby Carrier

I'm hunting a new carrier for my Jojo!!!
Between ERGO, HIPSEAT or others??
Sleepy wrap was too complicated for me.
I used it for only 3 months and then say bye-bye T_T
I need something easier but comfort.
I plan to try hipseat...wondering will it works for travelling?
